Tim Lang brings a wealth of experience as both a player and a coach at the high school and collegiate levels. A former captain at both Sachem North High School (Long Island) and UMBC, Tim earned All-County honors during his standout high school career before continuing his journey at the Division I Collegiate level.  As a coach, Tim has led at a variety of competitive programs, serving as the Defensive Coordinator at Sachem North High School (Long Island) and DePaul College Prep (Chicago), while also contributing to youth development with Team91 Long Island and Long Island Rush. Â
He currently serves as the Co-Head Coach at the Latin School of Chicago and is the Chicago Director of True IL Titanium.Â
