Jeremy Frosch

I began my coaching career at Dunlap Community School District in Peoria, IL, where I was the Head Boys’ Lacrosse Coach from 2016 to 2018. Over three seasons, we posted a 44-13 overall record, made 3 consecutive playoff appearances and captured tournament championships at the Marmion Classic and Small-Town Throwdown. During my time at Dunlap, I developed 11 All-Conference players and helped six studentathletes commit to play collegiately. My time at Dunlap laid the foundation for the core values I bring to every program: leadership, accountability, and a team first mentality.

From 2018 to 2022, I served as the Offensive Coordinator at Lindenwood University (NCAA DII), where we compiled a 37-12 overall record, won the GLVC Conference Championship in 2022, and earned a South Region NCAA Tournament bid. During that time Lindenwood we produced 6 All-Americans, 21 All-Conference selections, and 2 National Lacrosse League draft picks. I was fortunate to coach backto-back GLVC Players of the Year at attack in 2021 and 2022—standout athletes who helped elevate our program to national relevance.

In 2023, I made the jump to the NCAA Division I level, coaching in the ASUN Conference during a major program rebuild. Despite the challenges, we saw growth in our young talent, including three players earning All-Freshman Team honors over two seasons (2023 and 2024). That experience deepened my appreciation for long-term development and program building at the highest level.

Most recently, I’ve been part of the coaching staff at Maryville University, one of the premier programs in NCAA Division II. As the Assistant Defensive Coordinator and Faceoff/Wing Play Coordinator, I played a key role in helping the team climb to a #9 national ranking with a 14-5 record. We made program history by advancing to the NCAA Division II Final Four for the first time in program history. Before joining True Lacrosse, I was the Boys’ Lacrosse Director at Lou Fusz Athletic in St. Louis, MO, overseeing a club of over 250 boys and 150 girls. I also served as Head Coach of the Lou Fusz 2029 team, leading the team to a 22-5 record (Summer 2024Present) and capturing four tournament championships. Before stepping into coaching, I was fortunate to compete 4 years collegiately. Beginning my career at the Community College of Baltimore County competing in the NJCAA , where I studied Exercise Science and started as a midfielder. I later transferred to Missouri Valley College, competing in the MCLA, and earning my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. As a two-time All-Conference midfielder and team captain, I helped lead the team to its first two conference championships and national tournament appearances in school history.

I’m originally from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, where I grew up and graduated from Ocean Springs High School. I’m also a proud husband and father of two boys, and I bring the same values I hold close in my personal life—respect, commitment, and integrity—into every team I lead.

My coaching philosophy is simple: build relationships, teach the game the right way, and help players grow both on and off the field. I believe in fundamentals, accountability, and putting athletes first. Whether I’m coaching at the youth or college level, I believe in serving my players to help them become the best version of themselves.
