Grace Cobaugh has served as the Director of True Dynamite Lacrosse since 2023, where she leads player development and helps guide athletes through the college recruiting process. She is committed to preparing players for the next level while creating a competitive and supportive environment for their growth. Cobaugh also serves on the True National Team coaching staff.
In addition to her club leadership roles, Cobaugh is an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Seton Hill University, an NCAA Division II program competing in the PSAC. At Seton Hill, she contributes to player development, recruiting, and game preparation while helping support the program’s continued success.
Cobaugh played collegiately at both Saint Joseph’s University and Millersville University. During her time at Millersville, she was named PSAC Freshman of the Year and earned multiple accolades throughout her career. She also demonstrated strong leadership as a two-year team captain at Millersville and a one-year captain at Saint Joseph’s.
