A dedicated leader in the True Lacrosse system, he currently serves as the True Illinois Territory Manager, a role he has held since January 2025, after previously leading as True IL AAA Director (2022–2025) and Southside Director (2020–2022) following his start as a part-time coach in 2018. In addition to his club leadership, he is the Head Coach at Benedictine University (since July 2024), where he continues to build on a proven track record of program success. Prior to Benedictine, he spent three seasons at Lewis University as the Offensive, Faceoff, and Recruiting Coordinator, helping guide the team to a historic 2024 season that included a program-record 14 wins, a GLVC Regular Season and Tournament Championship, and an NCAA Elite 8 appearance, along with multiple individual honors and professional player advancement. He also served as Defensive, Faceoff, and Recruiting Coordinator at Benedictine during the 2021 season, leading the program to its first conference championship and NCAA tournament appearance. He began his collegiate coaching career at the University of Dubuque, where he also played from 2013–2017 as a four-year starting midfielder, three-time captain, three-time academic all-conference selection, and 2017 Team MVP.
