Ryan Gossett brings a strong background in both playing and coaching to the True Lacrosse program. A former midfielder at Wheeling Jesuit University and Lincoln Memorial University at the Division II level, Ryan has continued his impact on the game through coaching and player development. He is currently entering his fifth season as Defensive Coordinator at Otterbein University, where he has helped lead and develop the program’s defensive unit. Within True Lacrosse, Ryan serves as a Director and has coached across multiple elite teams, including Ohio 2025 Black and 2027 Black, Midwest 2028 and 2029, and National 2027 Black. His experience at the collegiate and national club levels provides players with high-level instruction, leadership, and mentorship both on and off the field.
