Lauren O’Brien serves as the True Columbus Program Director, bringing a strong background in leadership, player development, and education to the program. She is the former director of Big Fish Lacrosse, where she played a key role in growing the game and mentoring athletes. A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, Lauren was a two-time team captain, demonstrating leadership and consistency throughout her collegiate career. She is also a two-time state champion at St. Francis DeSales High School, showcasing her competitive drive from an early age. Off the field, Lauren is an elementary teacher, blending her passion for education and mentorship into her coaching philosophy.
