Decker brings a lifelong passion for lacrosse and a proven track record of leadership and development at all levels. Decker has coached at Wyomissing, Ephrata, and currently leads Twin Valley High School—where he guided the program to its first winning season, District and State playoff wins, and helped over 20 athletes earn all-star honors, including multiple All-Americans. Decker was named Berks County, and USA Lacrosse Central Pennsylvania 2025 Coach of the Year. Decker has been a central figure in Blak Widow since 2023, serving as head coach for the 2027 team and a lead instructor in Torque Lacrosse’s Goalie Training and Positional Academies.Â
