Bobby Sedlock

Bobby Sedlock is a nationally experienced lacrosse leader with over a decade of coaching experience across youth, high school, collegiate, national, and international levels. He currently serves as Director of True Lacrosse Garden State (Boys and Girls) and General Manager of the Girls All Region for True Lacrosse. In his general manager role, Sedlock oversees regional programming, coach hiring and development, player identification, national team integration, and strategic growth initiatives across the East Coast, aligning regional standards with the organization’s national vision. He also serves as the True National Girls 2028 Coach, guiding elite athletes within the True national platform.

At the collegiate level, Sedlock is the Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Kean University, where he directs the offensive unit. He oversees offensive system design, recruiting, player development, and game planning, emphasizing pace, spacing, and high-efficiency decision-making.

A 2018 graduate and former captain at Marywood University, Sedlock earned his degree in Physical Education with a minor in Nutrition and Coaching. He began coaching in 2013 and has since held collegiate roles at Centenary University and Marywood. He also served as Defensive Coordinator at Scranton Preparatory School and Assistant Coach/Defensive Coordinator at Vernon Township High School.

Internationally, Sedlock participated in the Teaching English in Poland Program, serving as the American Sports Director with a focus on lacrosse, helping expand the game abroad while implementing American training and development methodology.

A former Physical Education teacher and past owner of Triple V Lacrosse, Sedlock’s coaching philosophy centers on developing complete athletes — technically sound, mentally resilient, and culturally aligned — while building programs designed for sustained success.
