Erika Stunek leads True Cincinnati Girls as Director, overseeing the program’s coaching staff, teams, and player development. She is a familiar face on the Cincinnati sideline: Stunek has coached in the program since 2021 and has built lasting relationships with True players, families, and the wider Cincinnati lacrosse community.
She also knows what it takes to build. Stunek founded the girls’ lacrosse program at Roger Bacon High School in 2021 and grew the roster from 16 players to 29 in a single season. Before Cincinnati, she coached with Brecksville Youth Lacrosse outside Cleveland — the same community where she grew up in the game.
A four-year varsity player at Brecksville-Broadview Heights High School, Stunek helped her team to a state semifinal appearance as a junior and a regional final as a senior. She captained the squad her senior year and earned All-Region honors.
Stunek holds a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and a post-graduate certificate from UC-Davis.
