Nate Malinowski brings a decade of collegiate coaching success to True NOVA, with a track record of developing complete student-athletes at every level of the game.
Most recently, Nate served as Offensive Coordinator at Denison University, where he helped guide the Big Red to an NCAC Championship while building one of the nation’s most efficient offenses. His collegiate stops also include Randolph-Macon College and Misericordia University.
The results speak for themselves. Nate has coached 14 USILA All-Americans — 10 of them at Denison — along with three Scholar All-Americans and dozens of All-Conference selections. His units have consistently ranked among the nation’s best: top-20 offenses at both Denison and Misericordia, the No. 11 extra-man unit in Division III, and the No. 2 man-down defense in the nation during his time at Randolph-Macon, where the staff earned ODAC Coaching Staff of the Year honors.
A Boys’ Latin graduate, Nate was a two-year starter and senior captain at Randolph-Macon College — an experience that shaped his belief in leadership, culture, and development as the foundation of any successful program.
