Michael Elko

With more than 25 years of coaching experience across club, recreational, and high school programs, Michael brings a deep passion for player development and the growth of the game. A 4-year starter at Fairleigh Dickinson University, he has dedicated his career to building strong, competitive, and character-driven lacrosse teams. 

After relocating from New Jersey to Virginia in 2019, he co-led the launch of True Loudoun in the spring of 2024 with a mission to provide athletes in Loudoun County and surrounding areas a high-level, development-focused lacrosse experience. His leadership, experience, and commitment to the sport continue to shape the future of the program and the athletes he serves.
