True Lacrosse

Opens National Inquiry Period
for Club Owners and Market Operators

True Lacrosse and its parent company, True Sports Group, announced today that they are opening a national inquiry period for club lacrosse owners, program directors, and youth sports entrepreneurs interested in operating a True Lacrosse program in their local market.

This inquiry period will remain open through May 31, with submissions reviewed throughout the summer. A second inquiry window will reopen in September 2026.

The initiative is designed to identify experienced lacrosse leaders who are interested in either:

· Launching a new True Lacrosse program in their region, or

· Integrating an existing club into the True platform

This is not a franchise model. Operators who join the platform become part of the True Sports Group organization and operate under the True Lacrosse brand with full corporate support, professional infrastructure, and national resources.

For some existing club owners, the process may also lead to a structured acquisition or integration opportunity.

A National Platform for Local Leaders

True Sports Group has spent more than a decade building one of the most comprehensive development platforms in club lacrosse. Today, the organization operates:

· 60+ cities nationwide

· 25 states

· 14,000+ active athletes

The company also operates a multi-sport platform with integrated support systems that allow local markets to focus on coaching, athlete development, and community relationships.

Operators who join the platform gain access to a full professional support structure, including:

· Marketing and sales support

· Operations and travel coordination

· Hospitality partnerships

· Finance and administrative infrastructure

· A fully integrated events and showcase business

Through this national platform, players gain access to nationally branded events, showcases, and tournaments that provide exposure to college programs and high-level competition.

True Sports Group also works closely with industry partners including:

· Fivestar Media

· SportsRecruits

· LAX.com

· LeagueApps

These partnerships support recruiting exposure, media visibility, registration systems, and digital infrastructure across the platform.

Building a Sustainable Model for Club Leaders

True Sports Group is one of the only youth sports platforms in the country that can provide full-time career opportunities for club operators and coaches.

The model combines:

· National brand recognition

· Professional operational support

· Private equity backing for infrastructure and growth

· Proven player development pathways

This structure allows local leaders to focus on coaching and community leadership while operating inside a professionally supported national platform.

The result is a system that benefits both operators and families — delivering strong value, accessibility, and a clear pathway for athletes pursuing collegiate opportunities.

True Lacrosse has produced more collegiate commitments than any other club program in the country, a reflection of the scale and exposure created through the national platform.

“Over the last decade we’ve built the most comprehensive development platform in club lacrosse,” said Mike Gabel, Co-Founder of True Sports Group. “This inquiry period allows experienced operators to join that platform while maintaining the coaching leadership that built their local markets.”

Who Should Submit an Inquiry

This opportunity is intended for:

· Existing club lacrosse owners

· Current club program directors

· Experienced coaches looking to build a market

· Youth sports entrepreneurs with operational experience

Operators who currently run clubs may explore opportunities to integrate their program into the True platform while maintaining local leadership roles.
