Sydnie Soto

Sydnie Soto brings eight years of coaching experience across the youth, high school, and club levels. She currently serves as the Director of the Girls program for True Lacrosse Minnesota, where she leads statewide programming and oversees coach hiring, mentorship, and both player and program development. Sydnie is passionate about helping athletes grow their skills and strengthen their lacrosse IQ while building a competitive and supportive culture throughout the program.

Sydnie is the Varsity Head Coach at Benilde-St. Margaret’s High School. She oversees all three levels of the program—Varsity, JV, and B-Squad—providing direction and consistency across the board. She works closely with both the offensive and defensive units, equipping her players with the skills, confidence, and IQ needed to compete at a high level and reach their full potential.

A 2024 graduate of the University of Oregon, Sydnie competed as a Division I student-athlete for four years and served as a Team Captain. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Interior Architecture. After graduation, she pursued her passion for developing the next generation of athletes through coaching, with a focus on building strong, skilled, and well-rounded young women both on and off the field.
