True Lacrosse – Travel Team Registration Refund Policy and Information
True Lacrosse strives to provide the highest quality family experience, both on and off the field. In keeping with that commitment, we want to clarify our refund policy as it pertains to your travel team registration - along with additional information regarding the registration process as a whole.
First, the policy:
All fees paid to True Lacrosse (paid in full or installment plans) are nonrefundable/non-cancelable (paid or scheduled). All True Lacrosse customers are given the option to purchase registration insurance through our partner, RegSaver, to protect against unforeseen events.
What does this mean?
Our nonrefundable policy is in place to make sure that not only is your family ensured an unmatched experience within the program, but that all families within True Lacrosse are able to share that same benefit. Our registration fees are used to fund every aspect of the True Lacrosse infrastructure, including all of the logistics that make providing the nation’s premier club program accessible and efficient, every step of the way.
What does my nonrefundable registration include?
Not only does your registration pay for all the core and added benefits of being a True Lacrosse member, but your registration cost is immediately put towards the following operational components to ensure that your season(s) operate at an industry-leading standard:
- Full-time program directors
- Part-time coaching staff
- Field and facility rentals
- Tournament entry fees
- College recruiting advisors
- Full-time travel and accommodations staff
- On-field liability insurance
- Media coverage and tournament freelancers
- True Lacrosse Nation (our full-time national network of administrative and operational staff)
Can I insure my registration?
Yes! Although every registration is nonrefundable, True Lacrosse partners with our insurance provider, Reg Saver, to protect and insure your registration. In the event of an issue or unforeseen circumstance that prevents your athlete or family from participating within True Lacrosse after the registration has been paid in full, or an installment plan has been activated – Reg Saver has got you covered. There will be an option to learn more about registration insurance during your travel team checkout process. Those who select “yes” when checking out will receive a quote and additional information directly from Reg Saver via email.
