Matt Justice serves as Director for True Chesapeake, True MD Premier, and True Baltimore High School, bringing extensive experience as both a player and coach at the high school and collegiate levels. He is a graduate of DeMatha Catholic High School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Special Education and Core Curriculum from Marymount University, followed by a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University. As a player, Justice was a WCAC All-Conference attackman at DeMatha before continuing his collegiate career at Shenandoah University and Marymount University, where he was a three-year starting attackman and recorded over 120 career points, including more than 100 goals.
In his coaching career, Justice currently serves as Varsity Offensive Coordinator at Mt. St. Joseph High School in the highly competitive MIAA “A” Conference. He has also held collegiate coaching roles across multiple programs, including Head Coach at Immaculata University, Graduate Assistant Offensive Coordinator and Goalie Coach at Eastern University, and Head Coach at Davis & Elkins College, where he previously served as Offensive Coordinator. In 2018, he became the youngest head coach in NCAA men’s lacrosse, leading the program at the Division II level. Known for his offensive expertise and leadership, Justice has developed players and programs at every level of the game.
