Carly Fedorowski serves as the Senior Director of True Minnesota Girls and the General Manager of the Girls West Coast All-Region program. Entering her fourth year as Senior Director, Carly leads a program of 125+ athletes, focusing on player development, coach mentorship, and strategic program growth while continuing to elevate girls lacrosse across Minnesota.
As All-Region General Manager, Carly oversees West Coast regional programming, including coach hiring and development, player identification, and strategic growth initiatives. Her work creates additional opportunities for athletes to compete at a high level while aligning regional efforts with the organization’s national vision.
Carly also coaches with the Minnesota Lady Stars Box Lacrosse program, one of the only competitive girls’ box teams in Minnesota, traveling to multiple tournaments annually to compete against top programs nationally and internationally.
In addition, Carly is entering her third season as head coach at Stillwater High School; a program consistently ranked among the state’s top schools. Under her leadership, the team reached the state championship in 2025 and earned consecutive Final Four appearances, achieving historic milestones for the program. She develops individualized training plans, fosters team cohesion, and designs game strategies that maximize her athletes’ strengths.
Carly attended Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri, where she earned her Master of Business Administration degree in 2021. During her collegiate career, she served as a two-year captain and led the 2021 NCAA Division II National Championship team, becoming the first girls’ lacrosse program west of the Mississippi to win a DII title. She also competed in three Division II Final Four appearances and was named a Division II All-American.
