Mike Ricucci brings decades of high-level playing and coaching experience to the field. A former High School All-American and All-Metro selection, he was also named to the Montgomery County, Maryland All-Decade Team before continuing his playing career as an attackman at Salisbury University, where he helped the program capture National Championships in 2003 and 2004. Ricucci has spent 17 years as a high school head coach, earning Coach of the Year honors three times during his career. In addition to his field lacrosse success, he serves as Director for USBOXLA Bucktown/True NC and helped lead teams to a Gold Medal at the 2021 USBOXLA Bantam Championships and a Silver Medal at the 2021 USBOXLA Midget Championships. Throughout his coaching career, he has mentored and developed six All-Americans, 10 First Team All-State players, 22 Second Team All-State selections, and 64 All-Division/Conference athletes.
