Serving as Vice President of True Lacrosse since 2017, he has played a key leadership role in the organization’s growth and development across multiple regions. His responsibilities have evolved over time, including serving as Baltimore Director from 2017 to 2020, Maryland Manager from 2020 to 2025, National Director of the White Team programming from 2024 to 2025, and currently overseeing operations as VP for the MD, NC, GA, and Mid-Penn regions beginning in 2025. In addition to his work with True, he is the Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach at Notre Dame of Maryland University, continuing his impact at the collegiate level.
His coaching experience spans more than a decade across NCAA, NJCAA, and NAIA programs. He previously served as Offensive Coordinator at Harford Community College from 2017 to 2020, and held prior coordinator roles at the Community College of Baltimore County and NOVA Community College. From 2013 to 2017, he was the Head Coach at Missouri Valley College, where he built one of the top programs in the country. During his tenure, he was named 2017 Coach of the Year and led the team to two regular season titles, two KCAC Conference Championships, three GRLC Conference Championships, and a National Championship runner-up finish. His teams produced 16 All-Americans, 25 All-Conference players, and one National Player of the Year, while compiling an outstanding 62-11 career record.
As a player, he starred at Harford Technical High School, earning All-County honors in 2004 while leading the county in points and goals. He continued his playing career at Harford Community College before finishing at Shenandoah University. His extensive experience as both a player and coach has shaped his ability to lead, develop talent, and build successful programs at every level of the game.
