Salt Lake City, UT – Lacrosse in the Mountain West will never be the same! The Mountain West Showcase (True Lacrosse), one of the country’s premier 2-day showcase events running since summer 2021, is proud to announce that all operations are turning over to the team at The Lax Event, a group spearheaded by two distinguished figures in college lacrosse: Georgetown University Lacrosse Head Coach, Kevin Warne, and Duke University Assistant Coach, Ron Caputo.

The Lax Event Salt Lake City is poised to set an even greater stage for ALL aspiring high school lacrosse players aiming to secure spots in prominent college programs from around the country. Scheduled to take place at the pristine facilities of Skyridge High School (Lehi, UT) on June 3rd and June 4th, this exclusive college lacrosse recruiting showcase will build on the momentum of the MWS event that has seen over 50 former attendees commit to great schools in it’s prior years.
