The National Faceoff Combine is built for one position and one skill set. Over two days at True Lacrosse Headquarters, faceoff athletes train under an elite staff, break down technique frame by frame, and take live reps against the best competition their class has to offer — then do it all again the next morning.
This is not a general skills camp. Every block is spent at the X: stance, clamp, exit, counters, ground balls, and wing play. Athletes leave with a repeatable technique set, honest feedback on where they stand, and a clear plan for the winter. We Train More.

Registration covers both Saturday and Sunday for your division. Spots are capped by grad year to protect rep count and coach-to-athlete ratio — when a class fills, it closes.

Who is eligible to register?
The combine runs two divisions. High school athletes in grad years 2027–2030 train from 8:00–11:30 AM on both Saturday and Sunday. Youth athletes in grad years 2031–2036 train from 12:30–4:00 PM on both days. Register for the division that matches your grad year.
Do I have to play for True Lacrosse?
No. The National Faceoff Combine is open to faceoff athletes from any club, school, or program. Come compete.
Where is it held?
True Lacrosse Headquarters, 131 Eisenhower Ln N, Lombard, IL 60148 — an indoor turf training facility just outside Chicago. Everything happens inside, so December weather is not a factor.
What does $499 cover?
The full weekend: both days of training for your division, coaching, film breakdown, and live bracket competition. There is no separate single-day rate.
What should my athlete bring?
Full pads and helmet, a faceoff head and a backup, gloves, indoor turf shoes, water, and a positive attitude. Athletes should arrive dressed and ready to move at their session start time.
Can parents watch?
Yes. Spectator space is available at the facility for both sessions.
What if my class is full?
Each grad year has a hard cap so every athlete gets real reps. Once a class fills, registration closes for that class — register early to hold your spot.
