Gale was the owner of Finger Lakes Lacrosse Club from 2012-2022 before becoming the Director of True Upstate in 2022, where he has continued to grow the program and develop athletes throughout the area. In addition to his leadership roles, he has coached with Platform Lacrosse since 2022 and has worked as a Field Testing Analyst for Cascade and Maverik since 2013, helping evaluate and improve some of the game’s top equipment. Known for his deep knowledge of player development and the sport itself, Gale continues to make a strong impact on athletes at every level of the game.
