Following her collegiate career, Anna transitioned into coaching, taking over as the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Manhattanville College from 2007–2012. During her tenure, she led the program to sustained success and currently holds the record for the most wins in program history.

Anna continued to expand her impact on the game as the founding Girls Lacrosse Director at House of Sports (2012–2013), where she helped build and grow youth lacrosse programming in the area.

In 2019, Anna founded the Lady Ballers lacrosse program, where she developed and led teams until 2024, when she joined the True Lacrosse family. Through Lady Ballers and now True, she has played a pivotal role in training, mentoring, and advancing athletes at both the youth and club levels.

Since 2017, Anna has been a dedicated volunteer coach and commissioner with Yorktown Athletic Club (YAC), playing a key role in developing one of the area’s strongest youth programs. In 2025, she joined the Yorktown High School Varsity Girls Lacrosse staff as an assistant coach, helping lead the team to a Section 1 Class B Championship.
