A Maryland native, Mike Russo played college lacrosse at Goucher College and was a two‑time team captain before coaching five seasons at Hood College. Now a Vice President with True Lacrosse, Mike brings a leadership‑driven approach shaped by his playing and coaching experience, with a focus on culture, mentorship, and long‑term athlete and coach development. Outside lacrosse, he enjoys the outdoors, golf, and fishing.Â
