What It Means To Be a True Family

True Lacrosse shapes young lacrosse athletes across the nation to be contributing members of both the game and their communities. We believe that we are all part of the True Family, and we represent this everywhere we go. On and off the field, the True Family mentality is what drives and inspires us. We help individuals discover their skill sets, learn to collaborate as part of a team, and gain experience. As parents, coaches, and directors who work with young athletes every day, it is our commitment to provide the best athletic and character development possible.

We take pride in offering a positive growth experience to all of the youth athletes in our programs.

The development of True athletes is always at the forefront of our minds. We spend hours each week carefully planning our sessions to progress our players toward their goals. Our coaches and directors focus on improving the technique and lacrosse IQ of every player in our organization. To better aid our players with more resources and training, we utilize zoom training, one-on-one training sessions, direct access to college coaches, and we even offer our players personal sessions with a nutritionist.

Our coaches, staff, and players support one another to be their best.

We do this by celebrating the highs together and supporting each other through the lows. We recognize that the development of our athletes stretches far beyond the lacrosse field. So we have several team bonding and community service events planned throughout every year.  We love being able to help our athletes reach their full potential as players and people.

There is no denying that we are one of the largest club lacrosse programs in the country, but to us, that means that we have one of the biggest families. Across all programs, our coaches act as excellent mentors to our athletes. They provide a safe place for our players to make friendships and grow.
